My interview with LOVEFILM About Free iPod Sites
So I got bored, and decided to ask some questions to LOVEFILM about the freebie sites.
1. Is it legit? “We are not able to comment on the legitimacy of these websites as they are subscribed to a third-party company that affiliates our site with their promotion. We can however say that once we provide them with the requested information that the customer redeems the free promotional gift.” 2. Can people actually get free ipods and other products on these type of sites? “We haven’t researched this information so cannot answer that question accurately.” 3. What part do you play in the whole process? “We merely provide any information we are not required to keep under the Data Protection Act that is necessary to receive the promotional gifts. We do not provide the promotional gift nor have a say in the production of these.” 4. Are you partnered with these sites? “As stated in the answer to your first question, we are not partnered with these sites.” 5.
